Although customers look for a wide range of qualities in our cosmetics, one thing holds true for all our products: safety and peace of mind and the customer satisfaction these qualities generate. Our responsibility isn’t just to maintain product quality, but to add value by participating from the initial planning stages in order to fully understand product design concepts.

Maintaining rigorous inspection practices, we work together with development, production, and other sections to create each product. Throughout this process, we are constantly seeking to improve our skills and knowledge base.

through repeated and consistent testing

Each cosmetics product can contain as many as 20 or 30 raw materials. The job of quality control starts with testing the safety of these raw materials and the products they are used in. Product design is only complete once the product has passed numerous tests, including final patch testing to check for skin irritation.

The goals of cosmetics performance and safety can sometimes come into conflict. That’s why we test our cosmetics products to the strictest standards, guided by a single question: would we entrust them to our precious family members?
